SAW Group Support Convoy for Heroes

April bank holiday Gaydon. As we were the only 6 wheel Land Rover there and as we were the only fire engine there and because of the Falklands connection we had a great deal of interest in the machine. Many ex service who had served down there came up to chat and a number of people asking why the 'telescopic' mast didn't come down into the cab?
