    This is an in service photo taken early 1960 at RAF Tangmere. At the time a SIGNALS Command station. Shorts were running it under contract. At that time contracters could not drive on military plates hence the civillian reg numbers.

    The ACRV is 35AA75, the MK5 is 53AF53 , the DP1 is 25 AG 59 or 65, they later got a MK6D reg281 HPX,
