Walt's Album's.

The original album started as a personal tribute to the Range Rover TACR2a(TRUCK - AIRFIELD CRASH RESCUE Mk2a) appliances built by Gloster Saro & Carmichael. The other albums are from requests from other enthusiasts to run their own album on the main Hello and Thank you for viewing these albums. My love of the Range Rover goes back to it's launch in the late 60's. It was officially launched on the 17th June 1969 - My Birthday! - so this is the only real connection I can make for my devoted following of the marque ever since.
The Fire engine bit just happened along - I've no real interest in Domestic types to be honest but those six wheels...well...who could resist them? My original Range Rover was a model Commando - I was told that these could be bought for around £2,000, so I was hooked. Then the TACR2 came into the frame and I have now owned mine for almost five years. Together with some friends I have made along the way - Paul,John,Quentin,Steve,Daniel - to name but a few,I am deeply grateful their photos appear in these albums.
