In July 2016 Land`s End Airport received this stunning Rosenbauer AT 3 ARFF vehicle based on a M.A.N TGM 13.290 all wheel drive chassis incorporating a Euro 6 – 290 bhp diesel engine linked to 12 speed TipMatic automated transmission. This AT3 features a seamless class leading Rosenbauer crew safety cabin accommodating three fire-fighting personnel in forward facing seats with integrated SCBA mountings and seat belt pre-tensioners. Fire fighting media includes 2,445 litres of water, 326 litres of foam plus a 75 kg Perren Engineering Limited DCP trolley stowed and lowered by an innovative Rosenbauer concept. Fire engineering includes a Rosenbauer NH35 pump and a remote Rosenbauer RM15 bumper turret due to a low-height restriction.
